The policies and regulations set forth in the HSGP NOFO, Grant Guidance, and 2 CFR Part 200 shall be adhered to, in conjunction with updates issued by the Office of Management and Budget, Grants & Training (G&T) information bulletins, and Cal OES policy, regulations, and statutes.

The Guide, FOA and 44 CFR Part 13 shall be used in conjunction with the provision of the CFRs (Code of Federal Regulations) and OMB (Office of Management and Budget) Circulars, G&T (Grants & Training) information bulletins, and CalOES policy, regulations, and statutes.

The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT The City Manager of the City, or designee, shall be the City’s representative, and shall oversee and approve all services to be performed, coordinate all communications, and review and approve all invoices, under this Agreement.

  • WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit.
