Part 13 definition

Part 13 means Section 16-10a-1301 through Section 16-10a-1331 of the URBCA.
Part 13 is defined in Section 1.9.

  • Part 2 means Part 2 of the withdrawal agreement or (as the case may be) Part 2 of the EEA EFTA separation agreement, so far as the Part in question applies to and in the United Kingdom;

  • the 1986 Act means the Insolvency Act 1986;

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;
