Preparation of Workplans. The Workplan for the Initial Project has been prepared and mutually agreed upon by the Parties and is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.4.2 (the “Initial Workplan”). The Workplan for each Additional Project and each Replacement Project (each an “Additional Workplan”), as applicable, shall be mutually prepared by the Parties within [***] following the addition of the relevant Project Target to the Research Program (pursuant to Section 3.4 or Section 3.5, respectively), which shall substantially follow, in form and substance, the form of the Initial Workplan, except to the extent the Parties agree to any deviations from such form with respect to any particular Project Target. Each Additional Workplan shall only become effective once it has been approved by the JSC and subject to the decision making in accordance with Section 2.8. The JSC shall use reasonable efforts to approve each Additional Workplan within [***] following the submission of such Additional Workplan to the JSC.

  • Prosecution of Work FIRST PARTY will employ a sufficient staff to prosecute the work diligently and continuously and will complete the work in accordance with the schedule of work approved by the CITY. (See Exhibit "A," Scope of Services).

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations.   • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • Inspection of Work It is FIRST PARTY's obligation to make the work product available for CITY's inspections and periodic reviews upon request by CITY.
