Points of Interconnection and Change of Ownership. The Point of Interconnection for the Ottumwa Generating Station is at the Transmission Owner’s 161 kV bus. The Points of Change of Ownership for generating unit #1 are at the Transmission Owner’s side of the bus connecting switch # 279 to bus L4 and Transmission Owner’s side of the bus connecting switch #179 to bus L1. The Point of Change of Ownership for the 161 kV line connecting the Interconnection Customer’s reserve auxiliary transformers to the new breaker and ½ terminal will be at the dead-end bells connecting the 161 kV line to the Interconnection Customer’s dead end at the Generating Facility. A system map is provided as Exhibit C4-2b, and a transmission facilities one-line is provided as Exhibit C4-2a.

  • Interconnection If Manager desires to interconnect a portion of the Service Area Network with another carrier and Sprint PCS can interconnect with that carrier at a lower rate, then to the extent permitted by applicable laws, tariffs and contracts, Sprint PCS may arrange for the interconnection under its agreements with the carrier and if it does so, Sprint PCS will xxxx the interconnection fees to Manager.

Customer acknowledges that Bank or its Affiliates may be in possession of information tending to show that the Instructions received may not be in the best interests of Customer.   • Measurement and Monitoring Tools As of the Effective date, Vendor and Prudential will mutually agree on the measurements and service level management procedures, pursuant to the governance procedures set forth in Attachment G and performance standards set forth in Attachment E-1 and E-2, to measure Vendor's performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. Such measurement and monitoring tools and procedures will (a) for Attachment E-1, be implemented upon the Effective Date; (b) for Attachment E-2, be implemented after successful completion of all testing and written acceptance by Prudential of the Transition Services set forth in Attachment B-1; (c) permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Levels; and (d) be subject to audit by Prudential or its designee in accordance with the Agreement, except such audit will not include the installation of any audit software on Vendor's network.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.
