Point of Change of Ownership definition

Point of Change of Ownership means the point, as set forth in Appendix A to this Agreement, where the Developer’s Attachment Facilities connect to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities.
Point of Change of Ownership. The point, as set forth in Attachment 3 to this SGIA, where the Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities connect to the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.
Point of Change of Ownership means the point, as set forth in Appendix A to the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, where the Developer’s Attachment Facilities connect to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities.

Examples of Point of Change of Ownership in a sentence

  • Developer’s Attachment Facilities shall mean all facilities and equipment, as identified in Appendix A of this Agreement, that are located between the Large Generating Facility and the Point of Change of Ownership, including any modification, addition, or upgrades to such facilities and equipment necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall mean all facilities and equipment owned, controlled or operated by the Connecting Transmission Owner from the Point of Change of Ownership to the Point of Interconnection as identified in Appendix A to the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades to such facilities and equipment.

  • The Developer’s Attachment Facilities (“DAFs”) include all of the facilities between the Developer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership (“PCO”) and the Large Generating Facility.

  • Notwithstanding that the RTU will be located on the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership, the Distribution Provider shall own, operate and maintain the RTU as part of the Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • The Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities (“ICIF”) include all of the facilities between the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership (“PCO”) and the Small Generating Facility, except the Connecting Transmission Owner-owned metering and telecommunications equipment described in Section C below.


More Definitions of Point of Change of Ownership

Point of Change of Ownership means the point, as set forth in Appendix A to this LGIA, where the Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities connect to the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.
Point of Change of Ownership. (or “PCO”) means the location on the electrical system where the Interconnection Facilities of Otter Tail and East River are physically interconnected, as shown in Appendix B.
Point of Change of Ownership means the point(s) where Project Developer’s Interconnection Facilities interconnect to DEV’s Interconnection Facilities.
Point of Change of Ownership means the physical point or points at which Boulder’s facilities interconnect with PSCo’s facilities, as depicted in Attachments X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0 and F-1.
Point of Change of Ownership means the physical point where (i) the facilities of the owner of the QF meet the facilities of the Cooperative or the applicable Member,

Qualifying Facility shall mean a qualifying cogeneration facility or qualifying small power production facility, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 18, Part 292 (18 C.F.R. §292). Reasonable Efforts shall mean, with respect to an action required to be attempted or taken by a Party under this LGIA, efforts that are timely and consistent with Good Utility Practice and are otherwise substantially equivalent to those a Party would use to protect its own interests. Scoping Meeting shall mean the meeting among representatives of the Interconnection Customer, the Participating TO(s), other Affected Systems, and the CAISO conducted for the purpose of discussing alternative interconnection options, to exchange information including any transmission data and earlier study evaluations that would be reasonably expected to impact such interconnection options, to analyze such information, and to determine the potential feasible Points of Interconnection. Stand Alone Network Upgrades shall mean Network Upgrades that the Interconnection Customer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the CAISO Controlled Grid or Affected Systems during their construction. The Participating TO, the CAISO, and the Interconnection Customer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone Network Upgrades and identify them in Appendix A to this LGIA. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, that protects (1) the Participating TO’s Transmission System, Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, CAISO Controlled Grid, and Affected Systems from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Generating Facility and (2) the Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the CAISO Controlled Grid, Participating TO’s Intercon...
