Placement on Improvement Plan. 11.13.1 A teacher will be placed on an Improvement plan if s/he received an overall rating of “ineffective” or if s/he is rated “below average” on student growth. A counselor will be placed on Improvement plan if s/he received an overall rating of “ineffective”. The credentialed evaluator will direct the development of an improvement plan with input from the teacher/counselor prior to September 30. The Superintendent or designee shall approve any Improvement Plan.
