Place of Service Delivery. The location (s) from which services are delivered are also listed in Schedule A to this Agreement.

Place of Service Delivery. 2.4.1. The service will be ordinarily delivered at the Civic Offices, Bridgend as the seat of the Mayor’s Parlour, and other parts of the building can be used to host functions as required.
Place of Service Delivery. The BTA Services are delivered remotely and, where on- site provision is agreed pursuant to paragraph 3.3, at the address or addresses given in the Order Documents.

Changes to Services Either party may propose changes to the scope, nature or time schedule of the Services being performed under this Service Level Agreement. The parties will mutually agree to any proposed changes, including adjustments to fees and expenses as a result of any changes to the Services. All changes must be approved in writing by both parties. Client delays to Services The Supplier will be entitled to an adjustment to any penalties or refunds due in respect of inadequate performance if the Supplier is prevented from performing specific Services for any reasons beyond the control of the Supplier which are directly and solely caused by the Client. Support and Service Desk Services The Supplier will provide on-going assistance to the Client to support the Services provided. This will include comprehensive Service desk facilities. The Service Desk services are outlined in ‘OCF Service Desk’.
Place of Service Delivery. The member shall deliver The Service within pharmacy premises registered with the relevant registration body (e.g. RPSGB) only.
Place of Service Delivery. Information Technology will make every effort to resolve the customer’s issue over the phone on the initial contact. If necessary, a representative from Information Technology will be notified to begin the Resolution path.
