Physical Conditions. Those drawings of physical conditions in or relating to existing surface or subsurface structures at or contiguous to the Project Site that has been utilized by Architect in preparing the Contract Documents.

Physical Conditions. Artist shall be responsible and obligated to inform the Sponsor, through the Sponsor’s designated agent present at the activity site, of any physical defects or dangerous conditions pertaining to the facilities of East Stroudsburg University at the activity site, of which Artist, its agents and employees, have actual knowledge.

While the Owner’s vibracore samples may be representative of subsurface conditions at their respective core locations and vertical reaches, variations in the characteristics of the subsurface materials are likely. Should any questions or discrepancies arise, the conditions should be independently confirmed by the Contractor. Vibracore samples were collected in the borrow area and the results of the analyses are supplied in Appendix F. Beaches are a dynamic environment; actual beach conditions at the time of construction will likely be different from that shown in the Plans; the lateral and seaward extent of sand fill will be limited to that shown on the Plans consistent with these Specifications; however, quantities may vary.
