Space and Facilities. It is understood and agreed that, upon request, the administration will make available to the UNION an appropriate room for UNION meetings so long as such does not in any way interfere with the normal operation of the College/University. The administration shall also permit the UNION to use designated College/University equipment which may include computer, duplicating equipment, calculating machines and audio visual equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The UNION shall pay the actual cost to the College/University of all custodial maintenance and repairs and the materials and supplies incident to such uses, including postage and telephone charges.

Space and Facilities. The fulfillment of the responsibilities of this contract requires that the teacher undertake certain tasks such as planning, grading, telephone conferences and, when the teacher deems it necessary, the undertaking of activities which promote professional growth. The teacher is expected to perform certain of these tasks off school premises.
