Personnel Credentials. Prior to the Closing, Buyer shall discuss with and provide information to Seller relating to the credentials, experience and training of personnel employed and expected to be employed by Buyer and its Affiliates to manage and operate the Refinery from and after the Closing.
Personnel Credentials. Buyer or its Affiliates will, as of the Closing Date, have employed, contracted with, or otherwise retained sufficient personnel having the credentials, experience, training and safety records reasonably necessary for the safe operation of the Refinery from and after the Closing.
