The sports coach or leader must consistently display high personal standards and project a favourable image of their sport, the University of Essex, University of Essex Students’ Union and of coaching to - the club, other coaches, officials, spectators, the media and the general public.

Xxxxxxxxxxx recognizes that as a Vice-President of Xxxx Xxxx Community College, Xxxxxxxxxxx’x personal conduct reflects on and impacts the Board, Xxxx Xxxx Community College, and those associated with Xxxx Xxxx Community College, even if not directly related to the performance of Xxxxxxxxxxx’x duties and responsibilities to or for the Board and Xxxx Xxxx Community College. Accordingly, Xxxxxxxxxxx is expected to and agrees to conduct herself in accordance with the highest standards of lawful conduct, morality, honesty, and professional standards, and will not engage in conduct that is detrimental to the Board or Xxxx Xxxx Community College.
