Other COACHES. An All-Star manager may select other coaches to assist with team practices and administration but must ensure that they have cleared the Little League-required background investigation. Any such coaches must be approved by the Executive Committee. These coaches must understand that they may not necessarily qualify for travel or uniforms that may not have been anticipated or approved by the Executive Committee.

  • Coaches (a) Seat rotation: To ensure all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front and window seats, a daily seat rotation system is employed on all of Our coaches and You must follow the seat rotation system.

  • Shoes All uniformed staff shall be provided with 2 pairs of shoes annually, replaceable on a normal wear and tear basis.

  • No Weapons or Firearms Except as provided by statute and District policy, all District properties are weapons- and firearms-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from possessing on its persons or in its vehicles any weapons or firearms while on District property.

  • Bicycles Bicycles or other vehicles shall not be permitted anywhere inside or on the sidewalks outside of the Building, except in those areas designated by Landlord for bicycle parking.

  • Accessories The following described related accessories, if any: window air conditioning units, stove, fireplace screens, curtains and rods, blinds, window shades, draperies and rods, door keys, mailbox keys, above ground pool, swimming pool equipment and maintenance accessories, artificial fireplace logs, and controls for: (i) garage doors, (ii) entry gates, and (iii) other improvements and accessories.

  • ON-THE-JOB INJURY (a) If an employee is injured to such an extent that they are obliged to cease work, their wages will continue for the balance of the day on which the injury occurred.

  • EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED DIR shall have the absolute right to terminate the Contract without recourse in the event that:
