Lawful conduct. 10.1 The Grantee acknowledges that the Authority is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Equality Act 2010.
Lawful conduct. 23.1 Each Participating Body and the Lead Force must ensure that all reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that it and anyone acting on its behalf shall possess all of the necessary qualifications, licences, permits, skills and experience to discharge their responsibilities under this Agreement effectively, safely and in conformance with any applicable law from time to time being in force (so far as is binding on the Lead Force and/or a Participating Body.)

Lawful conduct. Customer represents and warrants during the term of this agreement that it has full power and authority from the Federal Communications Commission, or any other state or federal agency having jurisdiction, to install, operate and maintain its equipment in the manner contemplated by Customer. Customer agrees to use the facilities provided hereunder only for the purposes described herein and to comply with all applicable state, county and municipal laws and ordinances. Customer shall not permit any illegal or immoral practice or business on or in the Premises.
Lawful conduct. At all times manage its business and the Vessels in compliance with all relevant applicable laws and regulations and immediately notify the Agents of any significant breach thereof.

Buyer and Buyer’s Representatives shall not act on behalf of the Company or use company finances, property, or resources in violation of all applicable Laws (excluding federal Law with respect to the possession, manufacturing, and distribution of marijuana).
