Common use of Personal Leave Bank Clause in Contracts

Personal Leave Bank. 24.1 (a) Following one complete year of employment and based on the fiscal year, each full-time Employee who has a minimum of 48 hours of accumulated sick leave and does not use more than sixty- four (64) hours of sick leave per fiscal year will accumulate twenty- four (24) hours in a “Personal Leave Bank”.

Personal Leave Bank. 24.1 (a) On April 1st of each year, an employee who has completed one full year of service will have two (2) days added to their Personal Leave Bank. Following one complete year of employment and based on the fiscal year, each full-time Employee who has a minimum of 48 hours of accumulated sick leave and does not use more than sixty- four fifty-six (6456) hours of sick leave per fiscal year will accumulate twenty- four thirty-two (2432) hours in a “Personal Leave Bank”. On an annual basis that employee may also transfer up to two (2) days from her sick leave bank to her Personal Leave Bank.
