Personal/Carer’s Leave. A full time employee will be entitled to 10 days of paid personal/carers leave for each completed year of service. Casual employees are not entitled to paid personal/carer’s leave. An employee is entitled to accrue an amount of paid personal/carer’s leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service. Paid personal/care’s leave accrues on a pro- rata basis. Personal/xxxxx’s leave will be paid at the employee’s ordinary time rate of pay.
