Periodic Review and Amendment. The Committee will review these Terms of Reference periodically, at least every two years, and may make consensus recommendations to the Parties to the Partnership Agreement regarding proposed amendments to these Terms of Reference. The Parties to the Partnership Agreement may consult with each other, and with the Committee, about proposed amendments to these Terms of Reference. After consulting with the Committee, the Parties to the Partnership Agreement may amend these Terms of Reference by written agreement. SCHEDULE 2

Periodic Review and Amendment. The Drought Plan Lead Entity may propose to amend the Drought Plan consistent with Section 19.2.3.A. of the Restoration Agreement. Periodic Review and Amendment. This Agreement shall be periodically reviewed and evaluated as to the need for modifications or amendments by mutual determination of the Parties. Such review shall not occur more frequently than annually, or when HIPAA is amended, whichever is earlier. The Parties agree to take such action as is necessary to amend this Agreement from time to time as is necessary for HCA to comply with the requirements of HIPAA and the Privacy Rules. Such amendments shall not be binding unless they are in writing and signed by personnel authorized to bind each of the Parties.

  • Review and Amendment 1. The Council for TRIPS shall review the implementation of this Agreement after the expiration of the transitional period referred to in paragraph 2 of Article 65. The Council shall, having regard to the experience gained in its implementation, review it two years after that date, and at identical intervals thereafter. The Council may also undertake reviews in the light of any relevant new developments which might warrant modification or amendment of this Agreement.

  • Ongoing Review and Revisions As set forth in Section 35.7, the Parties have agreed to the coordination and exchange of data and information under this Agreement to enhance system reliability and efficient market operations as systems exist and are contemplated as of the Effective Date. The Parties expect that these systems and the technology applicable to these systems and to the collection and exchange of data will change from time to time throughout the term of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the objectives of this Agreement can be fulfilled efficiently and economically only if the Parties, from time to time, review and, as appropriate, revise the requirements stated herein in response to such changes, including deleting, adding, or revising requirements and protocols. Each Party will negotiate in good faith in response to such revisions the other Party may propose from time to time. Nothing in this Agreement, however, shall require any Party to reach agreement with respect to any such changes, or to purchase, install, or otherwise implement new equipment, software, or devices, or functions, except as required to perform this Agreement.

  • CHANGE ORDERS AND AMENDMENTS A. Any alterations, additions, or deletions to the terms of this Agreement, which are required by changes in federal or state law or by regulations, are automatically incorporated without written amendment hereto, and shall become effective on the date designated by such law or by regulation.

  • Independent Review and Inspection The Owner may undertake independent inspection of the installation of the Work. Such independent inspector shall operate on behalf of the Owner and shall act to protect the best interests of the Owner.

  • DURATION AND AMENDMENT 531 This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect to and including August 31, 2018.   • Integration and Amendment This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the parties and there are no oral or collateral agreements or understandings. This Agreement may be amended only by an instrument in writing signed by the parties.

  • Change Orders and Contract Amendments 33.1 The Procuring Entity may at any time order the Supplier through notice in accordance GCC Clause 8, to make changes within the general scope of the Contract in any one or more of the following:

  • Modification and Amendment This Contract may be modified only by a written amendment executed by all parties hereto and approved by the appropriate officials.

  • Rate Redetermination for Environmental Modification In the event of a contract modification under B8.33 or partial termination under B8.34, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the revision and the appraised unit value of Included Timber to be cut under the modification. The appraisal shall consider the estimated cost of any construction work listed in the Schedule of Items that was performed and abandoned. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of the revision will be adjusted by said differences to become Current Contract Rates. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to a new Base Rate limitation of the cost of essential reforestation or 25 cents per hundred cubic feet or equivalent, whichever is larger. However, existing Base Indices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Redetermined rates, or differences for rates subject to B3.2, and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to the contract revision.

  • Acceptance and Amendments This Agreement shall not become effective until accepted by Tomorrow Energy. Tomorrow Energy may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time, consistent with any applicable law, rule or regulation, by providing notice to Customer of such amendment at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date thereof. Upon receipt of written notice of a material change, customer may terminate this Agreement prior to the date such change becomes effective without penalty.
