Integration and Amendment. This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the parties and there are no oral or collateral agreements or understandings. This Agreement may be amended only by an instrument in writing signed by the parties.
Integration and Amendment. This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the Town and the Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and be signed by both the Town and the Contractor.

No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent or subsequent breach of the same or any other provision hereof. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision hereunder.
