Periodic Progress Meetings. The Contractor agrees to attend progress meetings requested by the TOCOR. The Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), TOCOR, and other Government personnel, as appropriate, may meet periodically with the Contractor to review the Contractor's performance. At these meetings the CO will apprise the Contractor of how the government views the Contractor's performance and the Contractor will apprise the Government of problems, if any, being experienced. Appropriate action shall be taken to resolve outstanding issues. These meetings shall be at no additional cost to the government.

Periodic Progress Meetings. The Contractor, as required shall attend technical and coordination meetings with the Government. These meetings discuss status of base operations or test requirements, problem areas, and future events and activities. The Contractor shall provide the KO with a summary of events by e-mail if changes are identified during the meeting that will impact the contract or its cost.

  • Progress Meetings The Engineer shall from time to time during the progress of the work confer with the State. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary or as may be requested by the State in order to evaluate features of the work.
