Performance Outcomes and Standards. The Department’s Contract Manager and/or designee will monitor the Contractor's service delivery to determine if the Contractor has achieved the required level of performance for each Performance Outcome and Standard identified in Section II., P., 1. Performance measures shall be assessed as specified beginning the second month after services have been implemented. If the Department determines that Contractor has failed a Performance Outcome and Standard, Contractor will be sent a formal contract communication in accordance with Section II., C. Note: The Contractor shall correct all identified non-compliant service delivery related to failure to meet the Performance Outcomes and Standards identified in Section II., P., 1, however, this shall not negate the fact that a performance outcome and standard has not been met and that liquidated damages will be imposed.

Performance Outcomes and Standards. Listed below are the key Performance Outcomes and Standards deemed most crucial to the success of the overall desired service delivery. The Contractor shall ensure that the stated performance outcomes and standards (level of achievement) are met. Performance shall be measured, beginning the second month after which service has been fully implemented.
Performance Outcomes and Standards. The Department‟s Contract Manager and/or designee will monitor the Contractor's service delivery at each institutional site to determine if the Contractor has achieved the required level of performance for each Performance Outcomes and Standards identified in Section II. L. 1., on an annual basis. If the Department determines that Contractor has failed a Performance Outcome and Standard, the Contractor will be sent a formal contract communication in accordance with Section II. C.

Related to Performance Outcomes and Standards

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.

  • Metrics The DISTRICT and PARTNER will partake in monthly coordination meetings at mutually agreed upon times and dates to discuss the progress of the program Scope of Work. DISTRICT and PARTNER will also mutually establish criteria and process for ongoing program assessment/evaluation such as, but not limited to the DISTRICT’s assessment metrics and other state metrics [(Measures of Academic Progress – English, SBAC – 11th grade, Redesignation Rates, mutually developed rubric score/s, student attendance, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) data)]. The DISTRICT and PARTNER will also engage in annual review of program content to ensure standards alignment that comply with DISTRICT approved coursework. The PARTNER will provide their impact data based upon these metrics.

  • Program Objectives In performing its responsibilities with respect to the management and administration of the Program, each party shall be guided by the following Program objectives:

Contractors are expected to be proficient and skilled in their respective trades and knowledgeable of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) and its referenced technical codes and standards, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other codes and standards applicable to installations and associated work by its trade and/or that are applicable to the Work.
