Key Performance definition

Key Performance means the performance measurements and targets set out Indicators" or "KPIs" in Part B of Framework Schedule 1 (Services and Key Performance Indicators);
Key Performance means the indicators described in Framework Indicator” or “KPI” Schedule 7 (Key Performance Indicators) used to monitor the supplier performance;
Key Performance. Indicators or KPIs means the key performance indicators referred to in clause 14;

  • Such metrics shall be incorporated into the list of KPIs set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators).

  • The Concessionaire shall ensure and procure compliance of each of the Key Performance Indicators specified in this Article 21 and for any shortfall in average performance during a quarter, it shall pay Damages within 30 (thirty) days of the quarter in which the shortfall occurred.

  • The KPIs applicable to this Framework Agreement are set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators).

  • The Supplier shall put in place a structure to manage the Framework in accordance with Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators).

  • The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Annual Report for Health Service Providers are approved by the Under Treasurer and are auditable by the Auditor General.

Related to Key Performance

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.

  • Underlying Performance means a decimal number calculated by applying the following formula:
