Unit Price Accuracy. Outcome: The Contractor is expected to maintain a unit price accuracy rate of 100%. Measure: Unit price accuracy is defined as the number of audited contractor supplier invoices where the unit price is equal to or less than the contractor’s actual product cost and inbound freight and other approved costs associated with bringing the product into the contractor’s warehouse. Standard: Achievement of outcome must meet or exceed ninety nine percent (99%). Note: Audit requirements are outlined in Section III. A., Payment, #1. d.

  • Technical Accuracy Owner shall not be responsible for discovering deficiencies in the technical accuracy of Engineer’s services. Engineer shall correct deficiencies in technical accuracy without additional compensation, unless such corrective action is directly attributable to deficiencies in Owner-furnished information.

  • Information Accuracy I (a) certify that the information and representations contained in this Agreement and any other document or information that has been or will be furnished to You in connection with My account(s) is complete, true and correct, and acknowledge that knowingly giving false information for the purpose of inducing You to extend credit is a federal crime, (b) authorize You to contact any individual or firm noted herein or on the documents referred to in subsection (a) of this Section and any other normal sources of debit or credit information, (c) authorize anyone so contacted to furnish such information to You as You may request, and (d) agree that this Agreement and any other document or information I furnish in connection with My account is Your property, as the case may be.   • MULTIPLE REPRESENTATION The Buyer hereby acknowledges that the Brokerage may be entering into listing agreements with sellers of properties the Buyer may be interested in buying or leasing. In the event that the Brokerage has entered into or enters into a listing agreement with the seller of a property the Buyer may be interested in buying or leasing, the Brokerage will obtain the Buyer’s written consent to represent both the Buyer and the seller for the transaction at the earliest practicable opportunity and in all cases prior to any offer to purchase or lease being submitted or presented. The Buyer understands and acknowledges that the Brokerage must be impartial when representing both the Buyer and the seller and equally protect the interests of the Buyer and the seller in the transaction. The Buyer understands and acknowledges that when representing both the Buyer and the seller, the Brokerage shall have a duty of full disclosure to both the Buyer and the seller, including a requirement to disclose all factual information about the property known to the Brokerage. However, it is understood that factual market information about comparable properties and information known to the Brokerage concerning potential uses for the property will be disclosed to both Buyer and seller to assist them to come to their own conclusions. Where a Brokerage represents both the Seller and the Buyer (multiple representation), the Brokerage shall not be entitled or authorized to be agent for either the Buyer or the Seller for the purpose of giving and receiving notices.
