Performance Framework Overview Clause Samples

The Performance Framework Overview clause defines the structure and key elements by which a party’s performance under the agreement will be measured and evaluated. Typically, this clause outlines the metrics, benchmarks, or standards that will be used to assess whether obligations are being met, and may reference specific performance indicators or reporting requirements. Its core practical function is to establish clear expectations and criteria for performance, thereby reducing ambiguity and providing a basis for accountability and potential remedies if standards are not achieved.

The Performance Frameworks are the basis of the annual school review process, and the data and evidence resulting from the annual review will ultimately inform the Authorizer’s renewal decision. If a school receives a “Working to Meet Standard” or “Falls Far Below Standard,” this will result the following year in closer Authorizer review of the School’s movement towards meeting the standard on that indicator.
