Performance Frameworks. The School's academic, organizational, and financial performance under this Charter Contract shall be evaluated using the Academic, Organizational, and Financial Performance Frameworks, respectively, attached as Exhibit B to this Charter Contract. The specific terms, forms, and requirements of the Performance Frameworks, including any required indicators, measures, metrics, and targets, are maintained and disseminated by the Commission and shall be binding on the School. Material changes to the Performance Frameworks shall require approval by the Commission.
Performance Frameworks. These Performance Frameworks shall supersede and replace any and all financial operation metrics, academic performance metrics, and organizational performance metrics established prior to the execution of this Contract and not explicitly incorporated into the Performance Frameworks. The specific terms, forms, and requirements of the Performance Frameworks, including any required indicators, measures, metrics, and targets, are maintained and disseminated by the Commission and shall be binding on the School. Material amendments to the Performance Frameworks shall require approval by the Commission.
Performance Frameworks. 4.1.1.Consistent with the requirements of Sec. 302D-16(a), HRS, the School's academic performance under this Contract shall be evaluated based on the School's record of performance according to the State accountability system as may be amended from time to time consistent with State and federal requirements and shall give due consideration to the School's performance based on any Commission-approved school-specific indicators adopted by the School.
Performance Frameworks. The School has met the specific terms, forms, and requirement of the Academic Performance Framework x x Data review. State generated testing data reported by DOE, articulation doucument submitted 1st and 4th year of contract and if there is a change in curriculum.
