PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. Authorized deduction of Association dues shall be made and transmitted according to procedures agreed to by the Board and Association.
PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. The Company shall deduct weekly from the wages payable to an employee said employee's regular dues in an amount certified to the Company by the Treasurer of the Local Union. Deductions shall be made for each employee who is a member of the Union and who signs a written authorization in form mutually satisfactory. The amount so deducted shall be turned over to the Treasurer of the Local Union forthwith. Payment to the person certified to be the Treasurer of the Local Union shall be without recourse against the Company.
