Payment When Employer Terminates for Other than Cause. In instances where the Employer terminates an Employee for other than cause, the Employer shall pay all monies, wages and expenses due to the Employee up to the hour of termination, subject to the provisions of this Agreement. Payment shall be made at the time of termination on the job site. If termination of an Employee should come on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, payment for all work through the time of termination shall be mailed on the next Standard Work Day as provided in item (c), above, or be made available for pick-up at the Employer’s office at the terminated Employee’s discretion.

Payment When Employer Terminates for Other than Cause. In instances where the Employer terminates an employee, the Employer shall pay all monies, wages and expenses due to the employee up to the hour of termination, subject to the provisions of this Agreement. Except as provided for termination for causes enumerated in Section 5(a) preceding, the final payment to the terminated employee shall be made either by (a) deposit into the mail on the same day as termination; (b) at the option of the employee, the employee may be allowed to pick up his final payment at the Employer’s office after the end of the workday and within eight hours of termination provided that if the employee fails to pick up said payment before the close of business the Employer will deposit said payment into the mail on the same day as termination; or, (c) delivery to the terminated employee at the job site at the time of termination provided that if there is more than one employee terminated at the job site and the Employer chooses to deliver final payment to any one employee then the Employer shall make delivery to all employees thus terminated at that time. If termination of an employee should come on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, except for causes hereinbefore enumerated, payment for all work through the time of termination shall be mailed on the next standard work day or by pick up at the Employer's office at the terminated employee's discretion. Failure to adhere to the provisions of this section will result in damages of two hours of wages at the appropriate rate to be paid to each of the terminated employees.
