Payment of Wages – Union Members. The Employer agrees to continue carrying employees on payroll and pay usual wages including E.I., C.P.P., and other benefits such as sick leave, statutory holidays and vacation, counted as though they were working when it is necessary for employees to be absent to attend negotiations or Union business. Such wages and benefits so lost to be reimbursed to the Employer by the Union.
