Payment for Pre-Construction Services. The Owner agrees to pay the Construction Manager, and the Construction Manager shall accept as complete payment for performance of Pre-Construction Services, the fee set forth on Exhibit E, payable pursuant to the schedule set forth thereon.

Payment for Pre-Construction Services. The amount of the Project Budget allocated to pre-construction services shall be paid based on the schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit G. Design/Builder shall submit an Application for Payment with appropriate back-up documentation.
Payment for Pre-Construction Services. Owner agrees to pay Construction Manager, and Construction Manager shall accept as complete payment for performance of Pre-Construction Services, Dollars ($ ), payable in one final invoice upon delivery of conforming GMP proposal and execution of the GMP Amendment for the entire Work. Construction Manager’s invoice for Pre-Construction Services shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to Owner and be accompanied by such other information, documentation, and materials as Owner may reasonably require. The final invoice shall not be submitted until the GMP Amendment is executed for the entire Work. If Owner accepts the Construction Manager’s Value Engineering solutions during design to keep the Project within the Owner’s approved budget, and the final GMP comes in above the Owner’s approved budget, then the preconstruction fee will be deemed unearned as provided in Section 3.4.18.

This amount shall be payable in one final invoice upon delivery of conforming GMP proposal and issuance of a project specific PO or amended PO for the entire Work.

Related to Payment for Pre-Construction Services

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Pre-Construction Meeting No more than seven (7) days from the issuance of the NTP, unless the County grants additional time, the County will conduct a pre-construction meeting with the Contractor’s project manager, Subcontractors, and the end-user to determine the actual project schedule, project access requirements and to address and resolve any customer concerns.

  • Contract Construction 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.

  • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

  • Suspension of unsafe Construction Works (i) Upon recommendation of the Authority’s Engineer to this effect, the Authority may by notice require the Contractor to suspend forthwith the whole or any part of the Works if, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority’s Engineer, such work threatens the safety of the Users and pedestrians.
