Per Project Clause Samples

The "Per Project" clause defines how certain terms, obligations, or payments apply individually to each separate project under an agreement. In practice, this means that deliverables, timelines, fees, or liabilities are calculated and enforced on a project-by-project basis, rather than being aggregated across all projects covered by the contract. This approach ensures that issues or defaults in one project do not automatically affect other projects, thereby isolating risk and providing clarity for both parties regarding their responsibilities and entitlements for each distinct project.
