PAY BY DIRECT DEPOSIT. 31.7.1 Notwithstanding any collectively bargained provision to the contrary, and to the extent permitted by law, the Company may require employees in Indiana and Ohio to accept their pay via direct deposit into a U.S. account at a financial institution that accepts direct deposit transfers.

PAY BY DIRECT DEPOSIT. Employer Option The Employer shall have the option at any time to introduce a system of pay by direct deposit, upon at least thirty (30) consecutive calendar days prior written notice to the Union, said time span to commence on and from and including the date of any such notice. In such case, each Employee must thereafter provide management with all information necessary to ensure that the Employer can make the requisite deposit(s) to a financial institution [one (1) only] of the Employee’s choice, which choice can subsequently be changed by the Employee upon at least thirty (30) consecutive calendar days prior written notice to the Employer, said time span to commence on and from and include the date of any such notice.

  • Direct Deposit If you have arranged to have a direct deposit made to your account at least once every 60 days from the same source and you do not receive a receipt (such as a pay stub), you can find out whether or not the deposit has been made by calling (000) 000-0000. This does not apply to transactions occurring outside the United States.

  • Automatic Payroll Deposit All employees covered by this agreement shall participate in the County's automatic payroll deposit program. Participation shall mean the employee's execution of a payroll authorization form and submission of a voided check or savings deposit slip to the Auditor's office. It shall be the employee's choice as to which bank he/she designates as the institution receiving the payroll funds. When the authorization form is properly executed and filed with the Auditor, the County shall automatically deposit in the employee's designated bank account the net amount of pay each designated biweekly payday.

  • Direct Deposits The Credit Union may offer direct deposit options allowing you to preauthorize deposits (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) or preauthorize transfers from other accounts at the Credit Union. You must authorize any direct deposits to your accounts by a separate authorization form. If applicable, you must notify the Credit Union at least thirty (30) days prior to any direct deposit or preauthorized transfer if you wish to cancel or change the direct deposit or direct transfer option. Upon a filing of a bankruptcy, if you fail to cancel any direct deposit authorization, you instruct your employer and the Credit Union to make and apply direct deposits in accordance with your authorization on file with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union is required to reimburse the U.S. Government for any benefit payment directly deposited into your account for any reason, you agree the Credit Union may deduct the amount returned from any of your accounts, unless prohibited by law.

  • Application Deposit (May or May Not Be Refundable In addition to any application fee(s), you also agree to pay an application deposit in the amount indicated in paragraph 3. The application deposit is not a security deposit. The application deposit will be credited toward the required security deposit when the Lease has been signed by all parties; OR, it will be refunded under paragraph 6 of the Application Agreement if your application is not approved; OR, it will be retained by us as liquidated damages if you fail to sign or attempt to withdraw under paragraphs 3 or 4 of the Application Agreement.

  • Mobile Deposit The Mobile Deposit feature enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Checks (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Others Using Your Account If you allow anyone else to use your account, you will be liable for all credit extended to such persons. You promise to pay for all purchases and advances made by anyone you authorize to use your account, whether or not you notify us that he or she will be using it. If someone else is authorized to use your account and you want to end that person's privilege, you must notify us in writing, and if he or she has a Card, you must return that Card with your written notice for it to be effective.

  • Underutilization and Early Termination Charges If Customer's Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC, in any Contract Year during the Initial Term; Customer shall pay an “Underutilization Charge” equal to 50% of the unmet AVC. If Customer’s Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC in any Contract Year because the Agreement is terminated early by Customer without Cause or by the Company with Cause, Customer shall pay an “Early Termination Charge” equal to 50% of the unmet AVC plus a pro rata portion of any credits received by Customer.

  • DAMAGE DEPOSIT Upon the due execution of this Agreement, Tenant shall deposit with Landlord the sum of DOLLARS ($ ) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Landlord, as security for any damage caused to the Premises during the term hereof. Such deposit shall be returned to Tenant, without interest, and less any set off for damages to the Premises upon the termination of this Agreement.

  • The Deposit The Tenant shall pay to Choose an item £0.00 (zero pounds) in cleared funds not less than 72 hours prior to the commencement of this Tenancy as a Deposit*. The Deposit to be held by the Choose an item as Stakeholder. At the end of the Tenancy the Landlord’s Agent shall return the Deposit to the Tenant subject to the rules set out in this Agreement. *Funds to include the first rental payments and the Deposit monies (if any) are required as cleared funds not less than 72 hours before the Landlord’s Agent is due to Complete this Tenancy Agreement.
