Parts Management. Vsource shall manage the inventory and supply of spare parts necessary to perform the Services, including as appropriate planning of stockpile levels, parts return and repair management with OEM manufacturers and/or third parties performing component repair, and purchase of parts. Vsource shall bear all costs and risks associated with any acquisition of spare parts following the Effective Date.

Parts Management. The Contractor shall develop, deliver, implement and maintain a Parts, Materials and Process Management and Control Plan (CDRL A046) that defines the criteria, procedures, and processes for the management and control of electronic piece parts, materials and processes for both the Contractor and their major subcontractors and suppliers. Parts Management. The contractor shall establish and maintain a Parts Management Program in accordance with MIL-STD-3018 for equipment delivered. This program will ensure that the use of parts meet the contractual requirements, reduce proliferation of parts within and across DOD weapons systems and equipments, through standardization, and enhance reliability and supportability to meet material readiness objectives, and reduce total-life-cycle costs. The contractor shall describe how the parts management process is validated, how process improvements are incorporated, and how process variation is controlled. Also the contractor’s plan shall describe the contractor’s processes to minimize impacts due to Diminishing Manufacturer Sources & Material Shortages (DMSMS).   • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:

  • Case Management Prompt resolution of any dispute is important to both parties; and the parties agree that the arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted expeditiously. The arbitrators are instructed and directed to assume case management initiative and control over the arbitration process (including scheduling of events, pre-hearing discovery and activities, and the conduct of the hearing), in order to complete the arbitration as expeditiously as is reasonably practical for obtaining a just resolution of the dispute.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
