Part-time Instructional. Academic Employees - A part-time instructional academic employee is a part-time academic employee whose sole professional responsibilities involve performing an instructional assignment. This assignment includes all of those activities that are necessary to complete this process. Activities which are an integral part of the part-time academic employee's workload include the following: preparation of teaching/learning activities; reading and grading of papers and tests; course-level learning outcomes assessment; helping students with class-related questions and other instructional-related activities; and maintenance of any required certification for a particular discipline. Part-time academic employees are available to confer with students at a designated work site for a minimum of 1 hour per week, per 5 credits of instruction. These office hours should be at a designated College worksite such as the adjunct faculty center or online in proportion to any online classes in the teaching assignment for the quarter.

When a shipment is subject to freight rates dependent upon value, annotate the xxxx of lading, air xxxx or express receipt to show that the shipment is released at the maximum value which applies to the lowest rate provided in applicable tariffs. Consolidate all shipments to be forwarded on one day. Articles furnished in excess of the quantity specified or in excess of quantity ordered will be retained by Buyer at no additional cost, unless Seller notifies Buyer within 30 days after shipment that it desires the return thereof. Seller will reimburse Buyer for the full cost of returning such over shipment or a minimum charge to $50, whichever is higher. No notification will be given to Seller of any over shipment. Mail original and two duplicate invoices to Buyer’s accounting Department when articles are shipped. STATE SHIPPING POINT ON ALL INVOICES. Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Buyer’s bar coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.

  • Payment Instructions and Late Payments The Parties agree that all payments shall be made in a timely manner and in a method set forth in the attached “Payment Instructions.” Respondent acknowledges and agrees to comply with the “Late Payment” provisions provided therein.

  • Instructional Assignment The period of an instructional assignment during an academic year shall not exceed an average of seventy-five (75) days per semester and the period for testing, advisement, and other scheduled assignments shall not exceed an average of ten (10) days per semester. Within each semester, activities referred to above shall be scheduled during contiguous weeks with the exception of spring break, if any.

  • Escrow Instructions Upon execution of this Agreement, the parties hereto shall deposit an executed counterpart of this Agreement with the Title Company, and this instrument shall serve as the instructions to the Title Company as the escrow holder for consummation of the purchase and sale contemplated hereby. Seller and Buyer agree to execute such reasonable additional and supplementary escrow instructions as may be appropriate to enable the Title Company to comply with the terms of this Agreement; provided, however, that in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any supplementary escrow instructions, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
