- OWNERSHIP/USE OF THE RESULTS. II.3.1 Unless stipulated otherwise in this agreement, ownership of the results of the action, including industrial and intellectual property rights, and of the reports and other documents relating to it shall be vested in the beneficiary.
- OWNERSHIP/USE OF THE RESULTS. Unless stipulated otherwise in this agreement, ownership of the results of the Project, including industrial and intellectual property rights, and of the reports and other documents relating to it shall be vested in Participants to Worth Project. Without prejudice to paragraph 1, the beneficiary grants the European Commission, AITEX and the Worth Project Consortium the right to make free use of the results of the Project as it deems fit, provided it does not thereby breach its confidentiality obligations or existing industrial and intellectual property rights.
- OWNERSHIP/USE OF THE RESULTS. 1. The IPR issues related to the the information, material, documentation, software delivered by the candidates during the doctorate programme belong to the candidate(s).
- OWNERSHIP/USE OF THE RESULTS. II.3.1 Unless otherwise stipulated in the Contract, ownership of the results of the Project Development Services, including industrial and intellectual property rights, and of the reports and other documents relating to it shall be vested in the Final Beneficiary.

Unless stipulated otherwise in this framework agreement or in a specific agreement, ownership of the results of the action, including industrial and intellectual property rights, and of the reports and other documents relating to it, shall fall in the public domain unless specifically mentioned in a specific agreement.
- OWNERSHIP/USE OF THE RESULTS. 7.1 Unless stipulated otherwise in the Agreement, ownership of the results of the project contemplated under the Agreement, including industrial and intellectual property rights, and of the reports and other documents relating to it shall be vested in the Office.
- OWNERSHIP/USE OF THE RESULTS. Without prejudice to Article II.2 and II.4 of the General Conditions, partners shall warrant that the European Union has the rights to: – use any pre-existing intellectual property rights which have been included in the results of the action, – use, re-use and edit the results of the action, as a whole or parts of them, – translate and re-write the results of the action in a different language or into a different form, – exploit the results of the action in the way it is normally intended for, – modify the results of the action, in particular to cut, dub, insert meta-data, subtitles, legends or other graphic, visual, audio or word elements, for the sake of dissemination and in agreement with the beneficiary, – broadcast the results of the action, – sub-license the results of the action, – distribute the results of the action with or without modifications to them, – prepare derivative works of the results of the action, – store the results of the action, – include the results of the action in the indexes and databases worldwide, – extract audio or video files from the results of the action, – compile or decompile the results of the action.
- OWNERSHIP/USE OF THE RESULTS. Unless stipulated otherwise in the Agreement, ownership of the results of the project/s contemplated under the Agreement, including intellectual property rights, and of the reports and other documents relating to it shall be vested in the EUIPO. Without prejudice to paragraph 1, the EUIPO grants the IPO the right to make free use of the results of the projects results contemplated under the Agreement as it deems fit, provided it does not thereby breach its confidentiality obligations or existing intellectual property rights. Without prejudice to the IP rights of the Parties existing prior to the conclusion of the present Agreement, the IPO grants the EUIPO a royalty-free license of use, disposal and sub-license of IP rights relating to data belonging to the former and being used in or transferred for the implementation of the projects covered under the present Agreement.
- OWNERSHIP/USE OF THE RESULTS. Unless stipulated otherwise in this agreement, ownership of the results of the CirCoAX Programme (by CircularInnoBooster), including industrial and intellectual property rights, and of the reports and other documents relating to it shall be vested in Participants to CirCoAX Programme (by CircularInnoBooster). Without prejudice to paragraph 1, the beneficiary grants XXXXX, IED and the CircularInnoBooster Project Consortium the right to make free use of the results of the CirCoAX Programme (by CircularInnoBooster) as it deems fit, provided it does not thereby breach its confidentiality obligations or existing industrial and intellectual property rights.

II.3.1 Unless stipulated otherwise in the agreement, ownership of the results of the action, including industrial and intellectual property rights, and of the reports and other documents relating to it shall be vested in the beneficiaries. During as well as after the period for implementation of the action, all results of the action will acknowledge and include a reference to the co-financing provided by the European Commission.
