Ownership of Environmental Attributes. 7.1. COOPERATIVE retains ownership of environmental attributes of any kind, including renewable energy credits that may be associated with the Participant’s Solar Unit(s), except as specified through separate agreements.
Ownership of Environmental Attributes. Customer shall be entitled to all Environmental Attributes that relate to the DER Facilities. Both Parties shall provide reasonable assistance to fulfill any requirements related to the Environmental Attributes but the Party holding legal title to the particular Environmental Attribute shall be responsible for reimbursing any additional costs incurred by the other Party in providing reasonable assistance.
Ownership of Environmental Attributes. To ensure that Renewable Energy Certificates (“RECs”) associated with the generation output of the Community Solar Array are appropriately recorded and tracked, PVREA will retain ownership of the RECs and all other environmental attributes generated by the Community Solar Array, including but not limited to, carbon emission reduction credits.
Ownership of Environmental Attributes. The Parties agree that all of the environmental attributes associated with the operation of this PV System shall remain with the Facility Owner. Facility Owner agrees that it will not resell, trade, assign, or transfer Green Tags or any portion thereof to any other party during the Facility Owner Obligation Period.

The Facility Owner agrees that Green Tags generated from the operation of the PV System will be used for the purpose of offsetting or mitigating environmental impacts of the Facility Owner’s energy use, and therefore agrees not to resell or otherwise transfer the Green Tags or any portion thereof to any other party for any purpose during the Facility Owner Obligation Period. All green attributes from the system will remain with the host facility during the Facility Owner Obligation Period unless sold or otherwise transferred to BEF.
