Host Facility definition

Host Facility means any place other than a campus of The Pennsylvania State University where a student is engaged in Clinical Activities in fulfillment of degree or course requirements, including but not limited to healthcare facilities, hospitals, physician offices, long-term care facilities, clinics, schools and community agencies.

Host Facility means the sponsor or owner of a site upon which a Business Enterprises facility is located.

Host Facility means Host’s Internet-based data center and network.

Examples of Host Facility in a sentence

• In the event that this Agreement is being settled through the account of the Host Facility, where there are amounts owing by the Supplier under this Agreement, the Supplier shall remain ultimately liable for the payment of such amounts.

• Testing for illegal drugs or alcohol may be required by the Host Facility prior to commencement of a clinical program, on a random basis, following an accident, or upon observation of conduct which may be indicative of drug or alcohol use.

Host Facility means a facility which:

Host Facility means any place other than the WVJC campus where a student is involved in clinical activities to fulfill course or degree requirements, including but not limited to healthcare facilities, hospitals, physician offices, long-term care facilities, clinics, schools and community agencies.

Host Facility means a facility located in a brewery, winery, commercial building, or another location as approved by the local enforcement agency, that meets the applicable requirements to support a catering operation that provides food directly to individual consumers for a limited period of time, up to four hours, in any 12-hour period and that has a permit pursuant to Section 114328.1. “Host facility” does not include the premises described in paragraph (5) of subdivision (c) of section 113789.

Host Facility means MOJO's own computer server or any computer server on which MOJO has the right to store information which can be accessed through the Internet.
