Common use of Overtime Lunch Period Clause in Contracts

Overtime Lunch Period. When overtime is required in excess of regular hours on the shift, exceeding two (2) hours Employees shall receive one-half (½) hour lunch period at straight time rates. For each additional four (4) hours of work the Employer shall supply lunch at no loss of time.

Overtime Lunch Period.
