Overtime Computation for Part Sample Clauses

Overtime Computation for Part time Employees Hours worked beyond forty (40) in a workweek shall be considered overtime. For purposes of calculating overtime eligibility, all hours spent performing assigned duties, holidays and other paid leave will be considered hours worked. Leave without pay, shared leave, additional compensation for time worked on a holiday and bonus pay for callback do not constitute hours worked. There shall be no duplication or pyramiding of overtime. Part-time employees assigned to work hours beyond their regularly scheduled hours will receive additional pay at their regular rate of pay for such hours up to a total of forty (40) hours in a workweek.

  • Overtime Computation Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.

  • Time Computation Saturday, Sunday and holidays recognized by this Agreement shall not be counted under the time procedures established in this Agreement.

  • Overtime for Part Time Employees Part-time employees working less than seven (7) hours per day, and who are required to work in excess of their regularly scheduled hours, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked up to and including seven (7) hours in the working day. Regular overtime rates would apply after seven (7) hours in the day and for all work performed on Statutory holidays and days off designated by the College.   • Overtime for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee.

  • Overtime Meal Employees requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift, will be given one-half (1/2) hour on Company time to eat their lunch and will be given seven dollars ($7.00) meal money.
