Overtime and Premium Pay Distribution. When the Employer determines overtime and/or premium pay is necessary to complete a task begun on an employee’s regularly scheduled shift, the Employer will offer overtime and/or premium pay to that employee first. In other cases, the Employer will make available overtime and/or premium pay work on a volunteer basis; overtime and/or premium pay will be offered to the first employee to respond who is qualified.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week.

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay.
