Available Overtime. On the 8 hour roster 1. Each employee will be rostered to work one hour of overtime for each rostered shift. On the12 hour roster 1. Employees agree to provide coverage for the 4 overtime shifts in the 7 week cycle and agree to implement the floating over time shift system as outlined in appendix 4 to maximise the operational flexibility required within the work pattern.
