OTHER SPECIAL TERMS. 16.1 Veškerá komunikace v souvislosti s touto smlouvou musí probíhat písemně s uvedením čísla smlouvy prostřednictvím informačního systému (xxx-xxx.xxx.xx), nebo zasláním na adresu uvedenou na první straně této smlouvy pracovníkovi pověřenému administrací Programu Vzdělávání, v souladu s instrukcemi, které budou za tímto účelem poskytnuty. Any communication in relation to this Agreement shall be in writing, referring to the Agreement No., via the information system (xxx-xxx.xxx.xx) or to be sent to the address given on the first page of this Agreement, attention of the person in charge of the administration of the Programme Education, in accordance with instructions to be given to that effect.

In the event of failure to comply with these obligations, the PO shall reserve the right to terminate the agreement under Article 13.2 (g) and recover any payment already made in advance.

There are different open licences according to the extent of the permissions granted or the limitations imposed and the owner is free to choose the specific license to apply to their work. OTHER SPECIAL TERMS. A. Contractor shall conduct all on-site services during regular working hours, which are defined as weekdays Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., holidays excluded.
