Other Administrators in the Bargaining Unit. All administrators in the bargaining unit prior to July 1, 1995 shall have their work performance evaluated either in the school year 1996-97 or 1997-98, according to an alternating schedule to be developed and mutually agreed to by the parties.1 After the initial evaluation, the administrators shall be evaluated at least every two- (2) years thereafter while in the same position.

  • Union Bargaining Committees ‌ A union bargaining committee shall consist of employees who are representatives of the Union together with the President of the Union or designate. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.

  • Bargaining Unit The term "bargaining unit" as used in this Agreement refers to the bargaining unit defined in Article 1, Recognition.

  • Collective Bargaining Committee The Employer agrees to recognize a Collective Bargaining Committee whose sole functions shall be to meet with Employer representatives for the purpose of negotiating modifications to this Agreement. The committee shall be composed of two (2) stewards from the bargaining unit together with the Union's Business Agent.
