Organizational Staffing and Key Management Personnel. Contractor shall have key management personnel identified in their organization that are responsible for the services provided under this Agreement. REMSA shall be entitled to review and approve key management personnel. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the event REMSA has bona fide and legitimate complaints regarding the performance of any key personnel during the term of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to cooperate in good faith with REMSA in addressing and resolving such concerns. Contractor shall submit an organization chart and associated job descriptions to REMSA within sixty (60) calendar days of the signing of this Agreement and shall identify key management personnel in the following functions:

  • SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL All supervisors and foremen shall be excluded from the bargaining unit and will not perform any work which falls within the scope of this Agreement. When supervisors and foremen are appointed, a notice to that effect will be posted and maintained on a bulletin board.

  • LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE Section 1. The Employer and the Federation agree to the establishment of Labor- Management Relations Committees for Divisions represented by the Federation. The purpose of these Committees is to discuss any item of concern, including safety, to either party and to improve communications between the Employer and the members of the bargaining unit.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative.
