CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE. The Employer shall have a duly issued and effective State Contractor's License where the work that is performed by the Employer requires such a license.
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE. The Contractor must possess throughout the Project a Class B Contractor’s License, issued by the State of California, which must be current and in good standing.
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE. The contractor’s license classification for this Contract is a Class B license issued by the State of California, Contractor’s State License Board. At all times during the term of this Contract, XXXX shall: (a) maintain in good standing all licenses required by the State of California or any other governmental entity for it to perform the work required under the Contract; and (b) comply in all respects with the California Contractors’ State License Law, Business & Professions Code Section 7000, et seq.
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE. CONTRACTS that include requirements for installation or state “furnish and install” require that CONTRACTORS possess a valid California State CONTRACTOR’S License at the time of CONTRACT award. If subcontractors are used, they must also possess a valid California State CONTRACTOR’S License. All businesses which construct or alter any building, highway, road, parking facility, railroad, excavation or other structure in California must be licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB) if total cost, including labor and materials, of the project is $300.00 or more. Failure to be licensed or to keep the license current and in good standing during the term of the CONTRACT with COUNTY shall be grounds for CONTRACT revocation. No bid shall be considered from a CONTRACTOR who, at the time the bid is submitted, is not licensed to CONTRACT for this project in accordance with the law under provisions of Division III, Chapter 9, of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California. In accordance with Section 3300, Article 3, Chapter 3, of Part I of Division 2 of the Public CONTRACT Code, CONTRACTOR shall possess at least one of the following classifications of CONTRACTOR’S license(s):
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE. Subcontractor shall maintain any and all licenses it is required by law to have to perform work under this Subcontract. Failure to maintain such license shall be a material breach of this Subcontract.
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE. Contractor shall possess a Class ‘A’ Contractor’s License at the time of bid submission and award of the Contract, unless otherwise specified in the Notice Inviting Bids. Contractor shall fill out and execute the Contractor’s Licensing Statement. (See Section 00406.)
