Operations and Maintenance Training. Consultant will instruct District’s staff in the design intent to operate the equipment provided under this Project. This instruction will cover both the basic operational concept and actual operation and control of the systems and components under both normal and abnormal operations that are likely to occur. Consultant will also coordinate the services of qualified representatives from equipment manufacturers. Consultant will provide training prior to startup, and up to six hours of follow-up training approximately six months after final completion. Consultant will provide up to one day of orientation training approximately six months prior to start up and two hours of training to occur in two sessions one morning (7:00 a.m.) and one afternoon (2:00 p.m.). Consultant will provide up to two days of Operations and Maintenance training immediately prior to start up and commissioning occurring over two weeks during a single day each week. Each day will consist of a morning (7:00 a.m.) and afternoon (2:00 p.m.) session. Total training will be eight hours. These sessions will be repeated the following week.

Related to Operations and Maintenance Training

  • Operations and Maintenance Pursuant to Section 10.5 of this Agreement, Developer shall pay the reasonable expenses (including overheads) for the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and incremental operating and maintenance expenses incurred in association with System Upgrade Facilities, if and to the extent provided for under Attachment S. For Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, such expenses are calculated as follows:

  • Operation and Maintenance 17.1 O&M obligations of the Concessionaire

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.

  • Operations and Maintenance Notice Each Party shall notify the other Parties in writing of the identity of the person(s) that it designates as the point(s) of contact with respect to the implementation of Articles 9 and 10.

  • Support and Maintenance Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance services, Licensee’s initial support and/or maintenance term will begin upon delivery to Licensee of the Licensed Software and continue for one (1) year thereafter (or the length of the term if less than a year for any subscription/term license) unless otherwise specified in the applicable annual support and/or maintenance agreement, Product Order, or other written agreement executed between Licensor and Licensee. Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance for any Licensed Software, Licensee hereby agrees that it shall purchase such support and/or maintenance services for all of Licensee’s licensed units of such Licensed Software product. Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • Operating and Maintenance Manuals 58.1 If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals are required, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the Contract Data.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Operating and Maintenance Costs The Participating Generator shall be responsible for all its costs incurred in connection with operating and maintaining the Generating Units identified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of meeting its obligations under this Agreement.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE If technical support and maintenance is a part of the Goods that Contractor provides under the Contract, Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to the Department in a reasonable time when the Department makes technical support or maintenance requests regarding the Goods.

  • Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.
