More Definitions of Operating and Maintenance Manuals

Operating and Maintenance Manuals no later than 30 days prior to the last shipment of Equipment to Owner. The Operating and Maintenance Manuals provide specifications for the Equipment provided by Seller and its operation and maintenance. Within 90 days after the completion of the Performance Tests, Seller shall update the Operating and Maintenance Manuals with as-built information showing the applicable Core System with all changes made by Seller through the date of the successful Performance Test.
