Openings for the positions of Executive Assistant shall be posted to the clerical bargaining unit members. J. There shall be ninety (90) calendar day evaluation period during which time the employee will be evaluated based on their ability to perform duties of the job description. If at any time during the evaluation period, the Employer feels the employee will not be successful in fulfilling the requirements of the position, the employee may be returned to their original position. An employee shall be allowed to return to their former position within thirty (30) calendar days of entry into the new position if the employee so desires. The date of return to the department will be at the determination of the department directors.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
