Restructuring Period means, whether or not there are Rated Securities at the time a Restructuring Event occurs, the period of 45 days starting from and including the day on which that Restructuring Event occurs.
Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.
Net Long Position means such Common Stock Beneficially Owned, directly or indirectly, that constitute such person’s net long position as defined in Rule 14e-4 under the Exchange Act; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, “Net Long Position” shall not include any shares as to which such person has entered into a derivative or other agreement, arrangement or understanding that xxxxxx or transfers, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, any of the economic consequences of ownership of such shares.
Original Pool Balance means the Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date.
Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to the earlier of (i) the first date on which the sum of the Principal Balances of all Eligible Collateral Obligations equals or is greater than the Target Portfolio Amount and (ii) the six-month anniversary of the Effective Date.
Accounting Period means a period ending on and including an accounting date and commencing (in case of the first such period) on the date on which the Trust Property is first paid or transferred to the Trustee and (in any other case) from the next day of the preceding accounting period.
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
Original Project means the Project described in the Original Financing Agreement.
Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after an errors and omissions insurance policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period;
Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Budget year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;
Off-Peak Period means the period during which the demand on an electric utility system is not at or near its maximum. For the purpose of this section, the off-peak period includes all hours that are not in the peak period.
Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.
Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).
Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.

Section 385 Expanded Group shall have the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(4) for an “expanded group”.
Framework Period means the period from the Framework Commencement Date until the expiry or earlier termination of this Framework Agreement;
Fixed GAAP Date means the Issue Date; provided that at any time after the Issue Date, the Company may by written notice to the Trustee elect to change the Fixed GAAP Date to be the date specified in such notice, and upon such notice, the Fixed GAAP Date shall be such date for all periods beginning on and after the date specified in such notice.
Report Period as defined in subsection 2.18.
