One-Time Longevity Stipend Sample Clauses

One-Time Longevity Stipend. After 10 years 1.5% of annual salary or $500, whichever is less; and - After 15 years 3% of annual salary or $750, whichever is less Eligibility is measured from the date of an employee’s hire into a regular (not substitute) position. A hire date prior to December 1 is required for the first year of employment to be counted as one year. To receive a longevity stipend, an employee must be employed in their regular position, not as a substitute or a retiree. Stipends will be paid as part of the December paycheck in the year after an employee meets the longevity threshold.

  • Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.

This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).
