Longevity Stipend Sample Clauses

A Longevity Stipend clause establishes a financial reward or bonus for individuals who remain with an organization or in a particular role for a specified period. Typically, this clause outlines the eligibility criteria, such as the minimum years of service required, and details the amount and timing of the stipend payment. By providing a tangible incentive for long-term commitment, the clause helps organizations retain experienced personnel and reduces turnover-related disruptions.
