One-Stop Operator. The One-Stop Operator (OSO) carries out activities under title I-B that are not related to the direct provision of workforce investment services (including services to participants and employers). The OSO does not perform functions that are prohibited.

One-Stop Operator. (a) In accordance with the Agreement, Orange Works is operated by the One Stop Consortium – a four (4)-agency consortium consisting of Orange County Employment & Training Administration (“OCETA”), SUNY Orange, Orange-Ulster BOCES (“OU-BOCES”), and the New York State Department of Labor (“NYSDOL”).
One-Stop Operator. The Operator serves as the Harrisonburg Workforce Center Manager who will work with partner leaders to act as the functional leader within the Center. The Operator will have the authority to organize Partner staff in order to optimize and streamline service delivery efforts. Formal leadership, supervision, and performance responsibilities will remain with each staff member’s employer of record. The One Stop Operator will perform the duties as listed below.  Manage daily operations of the Center.  Assist the LWDB in establishing and maintaining the Workforce Center network structure.  Oversee and coordinate partner, program, and Workforce Center network performance.
One-Stop Operator. Workforce Economics shall oversee local job centers and shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of such centers. Workforce Economics shall be designated as the “one stop operator.”
