Training Administration. When training and work shop sessions are contemplated outside of the employees regular work schedule, the Standing Committee will be advised in advance of the details of this training such as type, duration, location, payment and the employee group involved, etc.
Training Administration. 1. The City will provide the mechanism for Members to take the initial certification or recertification practical and opportunity to take the written exam for certification.
2. Training listed in this Section 21.2 will be scheduled at least 60 days in advance and posted in writing.
Training Administration. During the term of this Agreement, Prosoft shall be responsible for, shall bear the cost of and agrees to do the following: (i) manage the scheduling of the courses constituting the Training and the registration (including confirmations and cancellations) of the Students; and (ii) provide the instructors, courseware, computer equipment and other hardware and furniture that will be necessary for the completion of the Training.

A training committee, consisting of both employee representatives and management representatives, has been established at each local enterprise or agreement has been reached that this clause will be administered by the Employee committee. The training committee will identify and agree: - the training priorities for the site and each work area. - the method of selection of employees for training. - the selection of trainers and place and schedule of training delivery. - an appeals process in relation to individual assessments. The site training plan developed by the training committee will be consistent with business needs of the operation. The training committee will also ensure no false barriers are in place for appropriate movement of production employees from N1 to N4.
Training Administration. The ratio of trainees to journeymen on the job site shall not be greater than permitted under the plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration. Every trainee must be paid at not less than the rate specified in the approved program for the trainee's level of progress, expressed as a percentage of the journeyman's hourly rate specified in the applicable wage determination. Trainees shall be paid fringe benefits in accordance with the provisions of the trainee program. If the trainee program does not mention fringe benefits, trainees shall be paid the full amount of fringe benefits listed on the wage determination unless the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division determines that there is an apprenticeship program associated with the corresponding journeyman wage rate on the wage determination which provides for less than full fringe benefits for apprentices. Any employee listed on the payroll at a trainee rate who is not registered and participating in a training plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the classification of work actually performed. In addition, any trainee performing work on the job site in excess of the ratio permitted under the registered program shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the work actually performed. In the event the Employment and Training Administration withdraws approval of a training program, the Contractor will no longer be permitted to utilize trainees at less than the applicable predetermined rate for the work performed until an acceptable program is approved.
